When you make a booking on the PolandCab.com website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following sale terms and conditions.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE POLANDCAB.COM  WEBSITE

 

§1

General regulations

 

  1. The PolandCab.com website (PolandCab.com) provides transport services through  the internet, according to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. These regulations are an integral part of the sale contract between PolandCab.com and the Client.
  2. The Client accepts these regulations when making a booking.
  3. Prices given by the Website include local VAT

§2
Bookings

1.       Bookings can be  made :
a) through the Booking Form available on the PolandCab.com’s website,
b) by phone on the number given and available on the PolandCab.com’s website, in case if a booking is made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time.

2.       It is compulsory to give by the Client the personal data to enable PolandCab.com to verify the Client, its accurate pick-up point by the Carrier and a full and accurate drop-off point, including pick-up time and name of the Client. If no accurate drop-off point given, the Client and other passengers on the same booking will be transferred to the main tourist information in the drop-off  city, or if no tourist information, the Client will be transferred to the City Hall or Commune/Village Hall. PolandCab.com confirms the Booking Request by email. PolandCab.com reserves the right to refuse the Booking, change the payment manner or ask for a preliminary payment, if the PolandCab.com is unsure about authenticity of data given by the Client in the Booking Request.

3.       The parties are liable by the information given on PolandCab.com’s website when making a Booking Request, especially: price, service details, parts of service included, the date of services to be rendered, manner of payment.

4.       Information given on the PolandCab.com is not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By making a Booking Request the Client is making an offer to purchase a service. The contract is only made one the payment for this service is received and when the Client has received an email with the Booking Confirmation and a Transport Voucher (electronic ticket).

§3
Payment

  1. Client can choose the following payments:

a)     Bank transfer – the payment is made by making a bank transfer. The bank account number for this payment is: PL77 1140 2004 0000 3112 0177 6160 (SWIFT/BIC: BREXPLPWMBK currency EUR)

b)       Payment card – Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, MasterCard Electronic,

c)       ePrzelew – electronic payment Płacę z Inteligo, eurobank płatności online, Płać z ING, mTransfer, MultiTransfer, Płać z Nordea, Przelewy24, Przelew z BPH, Crédit Agricole przelew online, Płacę z iPKO, Pekao24Przelew, Płacę z City Handlowy, PayWay Toyota Bank, MeritumBank Przelew, Płać z BOŚ, Płacę z Alior Bankiem, Millennium, Deutsche Bank Polska S.A., Bank Pocztowy, BS Wschowa, Invest Bank S.A., Kredyt Bank S.A., Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A.

  1. The payment, according to the Terms and Conditions, are required to deliver the transport services by PolandCab.com

§4
Service rendering

  1. PolandCab.com renders the transport services booked by using their own means of transport.
  2. In case the payment is made in any other means that ePrzelew (electronic payment) or by payment card, the Booking will be confirmed once the full amount is registered on the PolandCab.com’s bank account.

§5

Claims

  1. In order to claim, it is necessary that the Client present a receipt or VAT invoice for the service rendered.
  2. If there is nonconformity of the service rendered, the Client should send, by fax or by a registered letter, written information with a detailed description.
  3. PolandCab.com will endeavour to resolve all services issues within 14 days of notification.
  4. Individual computer or monitor settings, which cause wrong information displaying about services, cannot be claimed.

§6
Cancellations

  1. According to the Polish Law - Customer Rights Act  (ustawa o ochronie niektórych praw konsumentów oraz o odpowiedzialności za szkodę wyrządzoną przez produkt niebezpieczny) from  2 March 2000, the Client has the right to cancel the booking.
  2. It is allowed that a Client cancel the booking within 10 days after having booked and paid the transport service. The cancellation must be made in written.
  3. Within 7 days of written notification, PolandCab.com will make a refund of the amount,  minus the administration fees. The Client should inform about his/her bank account number. If the payment was made by a payment card, the refund is made by onto the payment card.
  4. In case of a breach of points 6.2 or 6.3 by the Client, the cancellation is ineffectual and no refund is made.
  5. Cancellation is not possible according to the Customer Rights Act (art.10, par.3) in such cases:

a)       For services which began to be rendered, according to the Client request, less than 10 days after the Booking Request made by the Client (only for services, not for a goods delivery)

b)       Audio and video recordings, after their opening by the Client

c)        Contracts where the remuneration depends on the price changes on the financial markets,

d)       Special personal requests made by the Client, having individual characteristics

e)       Benefits, which cannot be returned due to its characteristics or if it make worse fast

f)        Daily press delivering

g)       Gaming services

§7
Privacy policy

  1. The Client accepts, when making a Booking Request, that his/her data will be treated by PolandCab.com in order to provide the transport service.
  2. The Client can subscribe to the PolandCab.com’s newsletter  
  3. The Client has the right to look in his/her data and to its amendments or to erase.

§8
Intellectual property

It is forbidden to use any materials published on the PolandCab.com’s website (photos and description of services) without prior written approval.

§9
Terms and Conditions changes

  1. These Terms and Conditions are applicable from the day of its publication on the PolandCab.com’s website
  2. PolandCab.com reserves the right to make some changes, which are applicable from the time of its publication on the PolandCab.com’s website. The Terms governing the purchase of a transport service will be the terms in place at the time of the reservation.
